High-End & Made in France
In our world, tabletops and strappings come together in an artisanal dance to create a distinctive universe. But this universe would not be complete without the careful selection of a table base with an equally strong identity. Made in France from cast iron, aluminum, or turned wood, our bases are designed to complement all our tabletops. Each combination forms a unique harmony, echoing a universe, an era, or a particular atmosphere. It’s up to you to decide which duo will best capture the essence of your establishment.
The Iconic Model
With its naturalistic moldings, the Bistrot table base has been a timeless fixture of Parisian terraces since its golden age in the 1920s. Now synonymous with leisure and elegance, it also finds its place in the interiors of the finest restaurants.
To preserve its historic grandeur, we collaborate with a French foundry, using highly detailed molds. Buds, foliage, and lion’s paws are rendered with striking authenticity.
The Elegant model
The Bastille base is stunning in its simplicity. We’ve designed it with large rooms in mind, where prestigious mouldings, high ceilings and elegant window frames come together.
The Bastille table base emphasises the décor without dominating it, adding a note of simplicity that enhances the refinement of the surroundings. Its optional ornamental ring adds a subtle touch of nostalgia, recalling the decorative elements of the past.
The Retro-Industrial model
Made of cast aluminium, the Eiffel leg is ideal for changing terraces. Decks that can be removed, redone and adapted throughout the day. And its lightness is matched only by its versatility, since its rigorous, symmetrical design goes equally well with retro decor or chic industrial environments.
The 70's Model
For this very first turned wood base, we wanted to explore a new world where softness is expressed in colours and curves, and where retro is more subtle.
After hours of sketching, we came up with the final look – robust and perfectly bohemian – for our Rimbaud, which soars gracefully in a superposition of shapes inspired by the 70s.
The parisian model
Eternal muses of Parisian furniture, the 1920s also brought harmonious arrangements of abstract curves. A trend that only really took off once it was developed, under the aegis of Hector Guimard, in a so-called ‘whiplash’ silhouette.
Used in urban architecture as well as in product design, they are now the main feature of our Métropolitain base, made in Spain.
The surprising model
The Castel base stands out for its unique design, combining a straighter line than the ‘Tulip’ bases of the 70s with a more playful, contemporary approach than the Art Deco models.
It transcends codes and trends to exude an aura that is both modern and retro. Its stainless steel can be kept in its natural shine to create a dynamic atmosphere, or painted in the colour of your choice to enhance its striking originality.
The contemporary Model
Before embracing Cubism and geometric abstraction, Mondrian expressed his love for nature through a series of paintings where black, brown, or fiery red trees bathed in the golden light of the sun or the glow of the moon.
His name perfectly resonates with the duality of our turned wood table base, as it can adopt a completely different aesthetic depending on the shade of its varnish and the finish of its base, either brass or stainless steel.
One will be warm and authentic, the other cold and contemporary; but in any case, its stature will be sleek, and its lines rigorous.
The 30's model
At the end of the 1920s, the naturalist swirls of the Art Nouveau movement gradually gave way to rigour and classical orders to form a new era: Art Deco.
Our aim was to accurately reproduce one of the most emblematic bases of the time.
A massive stepped base, a central conical column with triangular sections: all the ingredients are there to give you a charismatic base with an authentic vintage design.
The English Victorian model
An hexagonal base, embellished with a stepped effect, a finely fluted column… With its rigorous lines and silhouette crafted down to the last detail, the Oxford base evokes the majesty of London’s gas-fired lampposts from the Victorian era.
In a modern interior, it adds a touch of refined classicism, while in a more traditional setting, it reinforces the timeless charm of a heritage that has stood the test of time.
The Ancient model
Sometimes arched, sometimes curved and sometimes even angular, the Balzac base is characterized not only by its elaborate silhouette, but also by its massive wheelbase.
Its generous proportions and elegantly varnished beech wood were inspired by the Victorian era.
The Belle epoque model
With its light, airy silhouette and stems emerging gracefully from its 3-branched base, the Roma base might seem perfectly contemporary to some. However, to introduce it to you, we have to go back in time, even beyond the lion’s paw base.
This kind of fountain models can be found in works of art dating back to 1880, 200 years after the first cafés appeared and 30 years before the heyday of Art Nouveau-esque terraces.
Inspired by this iconic story, we decided to give it a second wind, one that we imagine bucolic, with chic venues or terraces offering open panoramic views, where nature meets the city.
Just like our tabletops, our table bases can be made to measure.
Whether it’s adapting an existing model—for PRM accessibility, cable management, or an unconventional tabletop size—or creating an entirely new design, we carefully study each project.
Sketches, inspirations, or simple descriptions: we bring your ideas to life, from the initial quote to the prototype, including 3D modeling.
